RV cooktops and ovens commonly fail to light (no spark or no flame) from gas, igniter or thermocouple issues.
How to read the code
Check the LP supply and listen for the igniter clicking. No spark points to the igniter/electrode; lights-then-dies points to the thermocouple/flame sensor.
